Hi! So sorry you are also having to deal with this. This month I put a 1/4 on. I’m supposed to change mine twice a week. I still have my quarter on and will change on Wednesday. I think I’m going to only add the quarter then too. Tbh it’s not helped my fatigue or my mood but I feel it did stop me from getting a migraine. So even if it just does that it’s something.. im only planning on using them the week before and the week on my period. I’m in the deep trenches of PMDD right now so let’s see how the next few days go 😭
